Having children is truly one of the joys of life, especially around holidays. I am often surprised, and usually amused, by the things that come out of their mouth! With kids, it is often one adventure after another!
This is the time of year for school concerts and programs at church, so our kids have been working hard on music as well as memorizing lines. Since this is Christmas week I thought I would share one of S’s latest treats he sang for my wife the other night as they were getting ready for bed. Yes, it was during potty time, but hey, what can you say? Don’t judge, I am sure many moments of inspiration have happened in a similar location.
May the joyous songs of Christmas praise lead you to the peace and life found in Bethlehem’s manger, the Word made flesh!
